This guy is great! He checked the house top 2 bottom! And he made a detailed list of what was found, sent it to us and my realtor so there isn't any confusion. He called us and went over the list and answered any questions we had and brought up everything that's a concern. This man is super helpful, very knowledgeable, has a great price! Blake was awesome! He was recommended for doing a home inspection & I did not regret it. I called him late one afternoon, he answered quickly and was able to get us booked for the next morning! He was very friendly and communicative towards this process. He had a detailed inspection summary and was able to explain everything in person with detailed notes.
